At present, Black Viper has more than 100 employees working full time; most of them earn a monthly base salary and a daily fee for the days they are on site. With this number of people we have the capability to increase productivity and service to our clients. Most of our staff has a solid level of experience in their fields of expertise. We aim to have at least four employees on training at all times, so that we can anticipate future growth and develop experienced operators for the oilfield of the future.
Black Viper also utilizes expert subcontractors. These individuals provide technical expertise in the field of straight drilling as well as directional drilling, allowing us to serve a larger number of clients.
On the administrative side, we employ staff members who cover operations management, sales, office administration and accounting functions.
Field support consists of staff members that support the company on the shop side to support the motor and MWD fleet.
